Stephanie Eisel is the Director of Operations for the InspireHer: A Global Women’s Health Initiative, where she brings her expertise in organization, strategy, and systems optimization to support the mission of transforming women’s health through physical therapy. With a background as a physical therapist assistant and a deep passion for women’s healthcare, Stephanie understands firsthand the gaps in education and access that often leave women struggling with unresolved pelvic health issues.

Her journey into the world of pelvic health began when she transitioned from clinic work to online business management, eventually collaborating with Dr. Susan Clinton, who led her to InspireHer. Even as a healthcare professional, she hadn’t realized the full scope of pelvic health physical therapy—a realization that now fuels her dedication to breaking down barriers and expanding access to critical care for women worldwide.

At InspireHer, Stephanie plays a pivotal role in streamlining operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring that the organization’s impact reaches women and healthcare providers globally. She is passionate about ensuring professionals get the knowledge and tools they need to transform lives through education, advocacy, and innovative care models.

Outside of her work, Stephanie enjoys jigsaw puzzles, reading, and tending to her plants. She is also a devoted mom of two, a wife, and a proud dog mom.
